I've been involved with football nearly all my life in the South Warwickshire area, firstly as a player, then a referee and managing a team, and have also had the pleasure of organising previous football tournaments.

 

It's because I've been to tournaments as a player and taken teams as a manager that I feel I know what people want from a successful tournament.

 

I believe the tournaments organised for 2010 could be the largest around the region as the teams being invited are from many areas.  In fact we have already have confirmed bookings from teams as far apart as Newcastle and South Wales. So while you may come up against old friends and teams you already know, you will have the opportunity of competing against new teams from many different regions.  Why not take up the challenge to prove yourselves against different opposition?

 

The excellent tournament site, the fantastic location of the venue and the professional approach taken by the organising committee will ensure these tournaments run smoothly, provide you all with a safe but competitive environment in which to play your football and have fun at the same time.

 

Alveston is close to world famous Stratford upon Avon, so those members of your party not involved with the tournament could choose to visit the famous Shakespeare sites, shopping or the beautiful River Avon.
